| Daily |
Visual inspection, alarms, leak check |
1. Check DIATRON touch panel for active alarms and acknowledge.
2. Visually inspect containers, cables, hoses, valves for leaks or damage.
3. Confirm operating mode (Auto/Standby).
|
Chapter H (Maintenance & monitoring) & Chapter F (Operation/Monitoring). |
| Weekly |
Log operating parameters; microbiological/chemical sampling as required |
1. Record RO operating hours, feed water conductivity (Q01), feed temp (T01), feed pressure (Pr01).
2. Record RO pressures (Pr05, Pr08), permeate pressures (Pr10, Pr04), flows (FI01, FI02).
3. Record permeate conductivity (Q03) & temperature (T03).
4. Visual check of electrical parts and leaks; document in maintenance log.
|
Chapter H section 2 (weekly parameters) and Chapter F (how to view/export). |
| Monthly |
Export logs; inspect pre-treatment; replace consumables as needed |
1. Export CSV log to USB (menu → protocol backup → select period → save).
2. Inspect pre-filters/activated carbon; disinfect or replace if required; record action.
3. Replace small consumables if visually required (see spare parts list).
|
Chapter F (logging) and Chapter H (maintenance schedule). |
| Every 3 months (quarterly) |
Microbiological & chemical analysis; disinfect if required |
1. Take permeate samples at sampling valve; send to approved lab or test in-house.
2. If contamination is found follow Chapter H chemical disinfection and Chapter S procedures.
|
Chapter H maintenance log template and section 4 (chemical disinfection). |
| Every 6 months |
Inspect & test pumps, seals, ventilation filters, controller modules |
1. Inspect pump shaft seals and motor cooling; follow pump/motor maintenance instructions for lubrication or replacement if required.
2. Replace ventilation filter mats in control cabinet if dirty; check microfuses & relays.
3. Document findings and parts changed in maintenance log.
|
Spare parts & pump/motor appendix (replacement guidance). |
| Yearly (12 months) |
Preservation if idle; safety inspection; refresh preservation agent |
1. If idle >7 days preserve the unit (E/2): drain holding tank, add sodium bisulfite + glycerine per table, recirculate pass 1 and pass 2 as described.
2. After 12 months flush and replace preservation agent (see composition table in E/2.4).
3. Perform full safety inspection (STK) and log results.
